mcrypt_enc_get_algorithms_nameReturns the name of the opened algorithm

Description

mcrypt_enc_get_algorithms_name(resource $td): string

This function returns the name of the algorithm.

Parameters

td

The encryption descriptor.

Return Values

Returns the name of the opened algorithm as a string.

For some reason this function (but not mcrypt_list_algorithms()) returns each element in the array twice. If you have this problem, try array_unique(mcrypt_list_algorithms()).
