Example of usage:

$checker = new Spoofchecker();

// false: all letters are in ASCII
var_dump($checker->isSuspicious("goog1e.com"));
// true: the first Cyrillic letter is from different set
var_dump($checker->isSuspicious("Рaypal.com"));
