Retrieve information about parameters to procedures.

인수

connection_id: ODBC 접속 식별자. odbc_connect()를 참고하십시오.
qualifier: The qualifier.

Returns the list of input and output parameters, as well as the columns that make up the result set for the specified procedures. Returns an ODBC result identifier실패 시 FALSE를 반환합니다.
