FTP function checks if a directory exists

ftp_chdir — Изменяет текущую директорию на FTP-сервере
Описание
Меняет текущую директорию на заданную аргументом.
Возвращаемые значения
Возвращает true в случае успешного выполнения или false в случае возникновения ошибки.
Если изменение директории завершилось неудачей, PHP вызовет предупреждение.

Works like the other functions in this page's notes, but this one doesn't make use of a global FTP connection, so it takes parameters like the other functions in the extension
