Возвращает длину инициализирующего вектора шифра.

Метод шифрования. Список потенциальных значений можно получить с помощью openssl_get_cipher_methods().
Возвращаемые значения
Возвращает длину инициализирующего вектора шифра или false.
Ошибки
Выдаёт ошибку уровня E_WARNING в случае передачи неизвестного алгоритма шифрования.

lower case:
aes-xxx-xxx are mixed between 16 and 12.
id-aes-xxx are mixed between 12 and 8.
The values above are tested with PHP 5.5 - 5.6 on Windows. In PHP 7.x is different than this.
