SQLite3::openBlob — Opens a stream resource to read a BLOB

[, string $dbname = "main"
] )Opens a stream resource to read a BLOB, which would be selected by:
SELECT column FROM dbname.table WHERE rowid = rowid

반환값
Returns a stream resource, 실패 시 FALSE를 반환합니다.
