Converts a PNG file into a WBMP file.
Parâmetros

pngname -
Path to PNG file.

Path to destination WBMP file.

Destination image height.

Destination image width.

threshold -
Threshold value, between 0 and 8 (inclusive).
Valor Retornado
Retorna true em caso de sucesso ou false em caso de falha.
Cuidado
Entretanto, se a biblioteca libgd falhar ao gerar a imagem, esta função retornará true.
